Favorite Salad Toppings



All of your favorite toppings are on this salad, making it a tasty and filling meal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup roasted chickpeas
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup vegan feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and shredded carrots

Top the salad with diced avocado, roasted chickpeas, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and vegan feta cheese

Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently to combine

Serve immediately and enjoy!
